Heart and Soul Computer will test hardware and perform software diagnostic of the operating system.  Simply fixes may be applied.  We will notify the customer should the system require additional repair.

Heart and Soul Computer will need the computer password if there is one.  Heart and Soul Computer may also need the Apple ID and password to perform system updates, software installation, and other general maintenance which require the Apple ID and password to execute.
